Registration Details
Registering for Furry R Con is a simple process completed in a few steps.
Please read all information, rules and conditions of Con carefully before submitting your registration.
1. Creating a User Account
Before registering for the convention, you need to create a user account on our website. Your account can also be used for future editions of Furry R Con.
After registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If you cannot find it, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
If the email still does not arrive, feel free to contact us and we will gladly help you.
2. Convention Registration
Once logged into your account, you can complete the registration form when registrations open.
The registration form includes basic information required for:
- convention organization,
- accommodation,
- attendee communication,
- and creating your ID badge.
If you require accommodation confirmation for visa purposes, you can request it during registration.
Images or artwork of your fursona will only be used for ID badge purposes.
Registration approval may take up to 3 business days, as all registrations are reviewed manually.
3. Payment and Extras
After your registration has been approved, payment for the registration package and selected extras must be completed within 7 business days.
Please include your nickname in the payment note so we can correctly identify your payment.
Registrations may be canceled if payment is not completed within the required timeframe.
If you need additional time for payment, please contact us.
We offer the option to extend the payment deadline by paying a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the registration package (€40). This amount will later be deducted from the total registration price.
4. Room Selection
After your payment has been received, you may choose your room according to your preferences.
If you later decide to change rooms or move to another group, please inform us at least two weeks before the convention begins.
Please be considerate when choosing roommates and respect the comfort of other attendees.
