User account registration

Before you attempt to register for the Con, you must create a valid user account on our website. It can be used for future years.

It is possible that the email will end up in your spam folder. If you notice that you have not received the email for a long time, please check your spam folder to make sure the email has not gone to your spam folder.
If you still do not receive it, please contact us so that we can resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Registration for the Con

If you want to register for the Con, you must create a valid user account on our website. ⬆️
Before you want to register for the Con, make sure you are logged into your user account. It won't work without that.

It will be possible to register for the Event when registration starts, which is announced in advance and cannot be missed by the large Registration button on the main page.

Registration includes basic personal information that we need to know for our accommodation provider or so that we know how to contact you.
If you need confirmation of accommodation for visa purposes, there is also an option during registration.
Information or photos in digital form of your Fursona will only be used for ID card purposes.

Your registration may take up to 3 business days to be approved, as this process is done manually, please be patient.
Please remember that you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide to us.

Payment + Extras

Please note that after the registration is approved, it is necessary to send the fee for the registration package and selected extras within 7 working days from the date of registration. It is necessary to include a nickname in the note to identify the payment. If the fee is not paid, the registration will be canceled.

If you are not able to pay the amount within 7 days, but within a month or later, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are willing to help you.

Choosing a Room (after payment)

Choose a room at your own discretion, you can move to another room at any time, if you decide for this option, let us know at least a month in advance.
Be careful when choosing a Room and the attendees you will be sharing it with, and be considerate of them.
Also, if you decide to move to someone else's room, please inform us with confirmation from the other attendees.
