Rules and conditions of Convetion

The following rules are binding on all participants. By registering, you agree to abide by them. The organizers have the right to expel anyone from the Event without compensation in case of failure to comply with the rules and conditions.

The event is prepared, implemented and led by the organizing team. It acts alone in its own production and solely on its own responsibility, and is obliged to ensure all relevant obligations of the organizer of its own events set by law, municipality or city. One of the goals of the Furry R Con initiative is to build and maintain interpersonal resources and community.

Organizers may, at their discretion, charge for participation in their events or for parts of them, depending on their type.

An Event program will be prepared for participants, also published on the website.

Pets are allowed at the Event and charged for. The owner is fully responsible for any damage caused by his pet. Contamination, destruction or deterioration of bed linen is sanctioned by the price list, which determines the cottage rules. The official languages of the Event are Slovak and English only. All necessary information, as well as the official website of the Event, will be available in these languages.

The organizers reserve the right to terminate a person's stay, without giving a reason and without financial compensation. The rules are binding for all participants and by registering, the participant confirms his/her agreement with the rules and conditions of the Promotion.

The organizers reserve the right to continuously change and supplement the rules and conditions according to current needs or to reflect information that was not available at the time of the previous version of the rules. The participant will be informed of any significant changes via the email address provided during registration.

Rules and Conditions of the Convention

The organizers of the Furry R Con event reserve the right to disapprove, cancel, refuse or expel any participant without giving a reason or providing financial compensation.
Anyone over 18 years of age can participate in the event, through mandatory registration (which has been approved by the organizing team), selected accommodation and payment of the given amount. Without meeting these criteria, it is not possible to participate in the Furry R Con Event.
- The fee must be sent within 7 business days of the registration. The nickname must be included in the note to identify the payment. If the fee is not paid, the registration will be canceled.
- If you are not able to pay the amount within 7 days, but within a month or later, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are willing to help you.
Each participant may only register for the Event once.
If a participant decides to cancel their registration, they are not entitled to a refund of the payment. However, the participant may transfer their registration to another person, but only to the extent that it was originally completed.
Each participant is responsible for the correctness of the email address provided in the registration. All changes and announcements related to the Event will be distributed to participants only via email, in addition to the official website and telegram channel. The organizers are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by lack of information due to the provision of an incorrect email address.
By submitting the registration, the participant confirms that he/she is aware that in the event of unexpected events beyond the control of the organizing team, inclement weather, or force majeure, the Event may be postponed to another date or canceled. In the event of the Event being postponed to another date, the submitted registration remains valid in full. In the event of the Event being canceled, the funds will be used as a deposit for the following year. The participant will be contacted at the email address provided with the right to priority registration for the following year.

Rules and Conditions of attending the Convention

Entry to the Event is permitted only to participants who meet the ¹criteria.
- ¹criteria - The event can be attended by a person over 18 years of age, with binding registration (which has been approved by the organizing team), selected accommodation and payment of the given amount. Without meeting these criteria, it is not possible to participate in the Furry R Con Event.
It is essential that each participant of the Event visibly wears the assigned ID Card in public areas (outside the room), which will identify the participant of the Event.
In case of questions, problems, complaints, or in case of any harassment by other participants, please contact the members of the organizational/staff team, who will be marked with a thematic blue lanyard with the inscription 'ORG/Staff' on their ID card.
Each participant protects his or her health and the health of other participants as well as the environment, respects the personality and needs of other participants, protects his or her own and entrusted property, observes night peace, respects, complies with and follows the valid laws of the Slovak Republic, generally binding regulations of the municipality of Jelenec, cottage rules and instructions of the organizer.
- Every attendee must observe nightly silence from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Meals, with the exception of breakfast, are provided for a fee. The participant selects the meal option in advance when choosing accommodation. Breakfast is included in the basic price of accommodation at the Event location.
Smoking (cigarettes, vaporizers, heated tobacco, hookahs, etc.) is prohibited throughout the property, except in designated areas.
Alcohol consumption is prohibited except in rooms (at all times) and outdoor areas after 8:00 p.m. Alcohol consumption is prohibited throughout the venue, with exceptions.
It is strictly forbidden to carry any firearms, cold weapons, stabbing or cutting weapons into the private area of the Event. If a participant wants to bring any prop, model, replica, or other object resembling a weapon, he is obliged to report this fact to the organizational team, which must approve this request. Without proper approval by the organizers, the participant will not be allowed in. If a participant brings an object meeting the conditions above into the area without prior approval, he will be expelled from the Event without compensation.
It is strictly prohibited to store or use any illegal narcotic, psychotropic or addictive substances on the premises of the facility.
In the event of serious or repeated violations of the rules, the organizational team has the right to exclude the participant from the Event without compensation, as well as to prohibit participation in further Events under the banner of Furry R con and Furry BA.
