Rules and conditions of convention

Furry R Con is a community-focused furry convention dedicated to creating a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for all attendees. By registering and attending the event, you agree to follow the rules listed below.

The organizing team reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations, or remove participants from the convention without financial compensation in cases of serious or repeated rule violations and that even without reason given.

I. Attendance and Registration

• The convention is strictly 18+.
• Attendance is only possible after registration approval, accommodation selection, and payment completion.
• Each attendee may register only once.
• Registrations are binding and payments are non-refundable.
• Registrations may be transferred to another person after agreement with the organizing team.
• The organizers reserve the right to adjust the program, rules, or event dates in case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

II. Payments

• Payment must be completed within 7 business days after registration approval.
• Please include your nickname in the payment note for identification purposes.
• Registrations may be canceled if payment is not received within the required timeframe.
• If needed, it is possible to extend the payment deadline after contacting the organizers by paying a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the registration package (€40). This amount will later be deducted from the total registration price.

III. Attendee Behavior

All attendees are expected to:

• behave respectfully toward others,
• respect personal boundaries and privacy,
• follow instructions from the organizing team,
• comply with Slovak laws and venue regulations (if you want to understand them in english, use translate feature).

Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behavior, or intentional property damage will not be tolerated.

If you experience any problems or uncomfortable situations, please contact a member of the staff or organizing team.

IV. ID Badges and Safety

• All attendees must visibly wear their assigned ID badge in public areas.
• Quiet hours must be respected from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• The organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

V. Alcohol, Smoking, and Illegal Substances

• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
• Alcohol consumption outside private rooms is not permitted after 10:00 PM.
• Possession or use of illegal narcotic or psychotropic substances is strictly prohibited.

VI. Weapons and Props

• Firearms, knives, and other dangerous weapons are prohibited within the convention area.
• Props, replicas, or items resembling weapons must be approved in advance by the organizing team.

VII. Pets

• Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
• Owners are fully responsible for their pets and any damage caused by them.

VIII. Photography and Media

By attending the convention, you agree that photographs and audiovisual recordings taken during the event may be used for promoting Furry R Con and future events.
