Location and transport
The area of the zone – Chata pod Gýmešom is located in the Nitra region behind the village of Jelenec in the Remitáž section.
If you are planning to come by car, enter “Chaty pod Gýmešom, Gýmeš” into the navigation.
The car park is located at the following coordinates: 48°23’56.3″N 18°12’29.9″E
If you are coming by public transport, a bus leaves from the Nitra bus station on Fridays on average every 40 minutes, and even more often during the afternoon rush hour.
Get off at the Jelenec OcÚ (Municipal Office) stop, turn in the direction you came and at the nearest crossroads turn right onto Nový Gýmeš Street.
Continue straight and keep right at the next crossroads. You will be guided by signs. The walk takes 30-40 minutes.
On Sunday, after the end of the con, buses leave from Jelenec to Nitra on average every two hours.
If necessary, you can contact the organizers with the possibility of transportation to Jelenec or Nitra.
Meals on site
Meals will be served in the dining room in the main building for participants who have paid for the meal.
Meal serving times will be specified in the program, which will be published later and can be found on the website in the "program" section as well as at the Event location.
Vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free meal options, or meals that do not contain a specific allergen can be provided.
However, it is necessary to report such a request to the organizational team at least two weeks in advance. Without this information, alternative meals will not be prepared.
In case you have not purchased food, the nearest grocery store is in the village of Jelenec. They are open from 6:00. They close on Friday at 18:00, on Saturday at 12:00 and on Sunday at 11:00.
There is also a bar with drinks in the Event area, where it will be possible to buy kofola, beer, or other drinks.
The stand is open from 11:00 to 19:00. Payment is only possible in cash.
The nearest ATM is located in Nitra, either in the Centro shopping mall or at the bus station.
Other
Please keep in mind that the event is located outside the village in the cottage area.
Activities and the program will be mostly outdoors, so follow the weather forecast and prepare your clothes accordingly.
Don't forget sportswear, spare clothes, long sleeves, a raincoat or umbrella, sunscreen and insect repellent.
When choosing clothes and accessories, remember that the event is located in the cottage area, where we will not be alone.
Therefore, please avoid any behavior or clothing that could cause controversy or cast a bad or false light on the furry community.
Flags representing sexual orientation, as well as flags or accessories with a political or war theme are strictly prohibited.
Clothing and accessories considered NSFW / Adult content are also prohibited.
